Immerse yourself in sounds designed to soothe the mind and body. Soundbaths can help release stress, improve sleep, and increase creativity, among other benefits. The soundscape will be anchored by crystal singing bowls with accent instruments including drums, tuning forks, and chimes. After a brief introduction and intention setting, you will relax into a comfortable position with props to support you, settling into stillness as the vibrations wash over you. Once you lay down, there is nothing left to do. Simply receive, breathe, and let the sounds move through you in whatever meditative way your heart needs. Leave feeling peaceful, calm, and grounded. No experience is needed to participate. Bringing a yoga mat and water bottle is recommended.
