JourneyDance® is not about learning steps. It is a practice that combines guided and freestyle movements so you can get into your body, clear your mind, and release what no longer serves you. JourneyDance® provides a supportive space for participants to experience embodiment, explore emotions, and bring forth inner power. Suitable for everyone! Adaptations provided to accommodate all ability levels. The class is FREE and is open to individuals impacted by cancer including patients, survivors, and loved ones.
